Leading News Personality, Natalie Fort has been nominated under the Best Achiever in Media (TV) category at the 5th Edition of the Feminine Ghana Achievement Awards which is slated for Saturday, April 27th 2019 at the La-Palm Royal Beach Hotel Accra, at 6pm.
The 2019 Feminine Ghana Achievement Awards is being oranized by The Business Executive Magazine. The magazine publishes a leading dedicated international journal in Ghana. The journal covers economic, business, finance, investment and socio-economic development issues. The magazine is circulated and read all around the West African sub region through its unique collaborations with both the Federation of West African Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FEWACCI) and the Business Council for Africa, (BCA).
The Feminine Ghana Achievement Awards (FGAA 2019), which dates as far back as 2015, is an annual award that recognizes the achievements of Ghanaian women in not only executive positions or reginoal boundaries, but with a nationalistic view.
The ceremony is simply a celebration of Ghanaian women while, at the same time seeking to encourage them with profound public appreciation designed to empower them to impact the world at large. The nomination of leading female News Anchor with TV3 Network of the Media General Group, Natalie Fort has been verified and confirmed by a third party committee comprising of; Minister of Gender, Children and Social Protection, Hon. Mrs. Cynthia Morrison, Colombian Ambassador to Ghana, H.E Claudia Turbay Quintero,CEO of La-Palm Royal Beach Hotel, Madam Abena Boatey Amoah, Secretary-General of UNESCO, Madam Ama Serwah Neuquaye Tetteh and President for Women in Tourism, Ambassador Nancy Sam.
The nomination under the Best Achiever in Media (TV) category comes as Natalie's third nomination throughout her three year Media career. Over the period Natalie has also been nominated for Female Newscaster of the Year, at the Radio and Television Personality (RTP) Awards for 2017 and 2018, she was also nominated for the TV Personality (Female) for the 2018 Most Influencial Young Ghanians. Natalie has recieved three awards over the course of her young career; in 2017, Natalie was awarded the Excellent Personality Merit Award given by Premier Brands, Ghana. Natalie was placed amongst the 2018 50 Most Influencial Young Ghanaians in which she placed 23rd. Natalie Fort has also been honored with the prestigious Honour of Distinction - Global Honor of National Elevation to service to humanity, and decorated the Gold Star Order of the Companion of Honor, presented to her by the United Nations for Humanitarian Achievements, she recieved this award alongside Second Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Hon. Alban Bagbin at the Parliament House of Ghana in December 2018.
